SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Operations Policy – 2026
Our warehouse and fulfillment center is located in Licang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China. We operate on a standard Monday through Friday business schedule, and orders generated during weekdays may also be processed on Saturdays when necessary. Regular shipping and customer service are not available on Sundays. Our warehouse is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Beijing Time.
We will be closed and suspend shipping and customer support during major Chinese public holidays, including Chinese National Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Day, and the Chinese Spring Festival. Orders placed during these holidays will be processed on the next available business day after operations resume.
We aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible during business days. Orders placed before the daily cutoff time may be shipped on the same day. However, during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or new product launches, order processing may take an additional 3 to 5 business days. Customers are advised to consider this when selecting shipping methods.
In rare cases, orders may be subject to additional verification for security purposes. If this occurs, customers will be contacted within one business day. If the required verification is not completed within three business days, the order may be canceled.
Promotional offers and discount codes are only valid during the specified promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promotional or reward code may be used per order. For buy-one-get-one offers, qualifying products must be added in pairs. Certain items, including final sale products, new arrivals, and special promotional items, may be excluded from discounts.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the item after shipment, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

SHIPPING METHOD
We offer shipping worldwide. There are three shipping methods.
- DHL fast shipping: 3-5 working days.
- Fedex fast shipping: 5-7 working days.
- Standard shipping : 10-15 working days.
Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
ORDER TRACT
After you place an order, it will be shipped in 2 working days .
- Tracking number of every parcel is provided after the order has been shipped.
- Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfilment and can be tracked via https://www.17track.net/en.
SHIPPING FEE
- Shipping fee will vary depending on location & order weight.
- Shipping fee for every order will be displayed in your order, after you add all your products and proceed to a checkout.
GOOD TO KNOW
- EU And CA country orders may have customs duty.
- Mexico can only send eye patch and liquid through Standard Shipping.
- Greece only use Standard Shipping.
- Austria can't send free gifts.
