Shipping & Operations Policy – 2026

Our warehouse and fulfillment center is located in Licang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China. We operate on a standard Monday through Friday business schedule, and orders generated during weekdays may also be processed on Saturdays when necessary. Regular shipping and customer service are not available on Sundays. Our warehouse is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Beijing Time.

We ship worldwide and offer multiple shipping methods to meet different delivery needs. Currently, we provide DHL Fast Shipping (3–5 working days), FedEx Fast Shipping (5–7 working days), and Standard Shipping (10–15 working days). All working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

The total delivery time of an order consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time. Order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days before shipment. After dispatch, shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and destination. During peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or new product launches, order processing may take an additional 3 to 5 business days.

Our warehouse and customer service operations will be suspended during major Chinese public holidays, including Chinese National Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Day, and the Chinese Spring Festival. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day after operations resume.

In rare cases, orders may require additional verification. If this occurs, customers will be contacted within one business day. If the required verification is not completed within three business days, the order may be canceled.

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the order. The applicable shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout after all products have been added to the shopping cart.

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Customers may track their shipments at https://www.17track.net/en. All orders are carefully packed in secure boxes or protective envelope bags to ensure safe transportation and minimize the risk of damage.

Promotional offers and discount codes are valid only during their stated promotion periods and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promotional or reward code may be used per order. Certain products, including final sale items, new arrivals, and special promotional items, may be excluded from discounts.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Shipped orders must follow our return policy for further processing.
